I am still doing well on this product after 3 months; -19 pounds. I have not had any medical complications and am taking the full dose. I do disclose all meds, supplements and conditions to my physician. I suggest you do the same before taking any supplement. Note: I have also dramatically altered my diet and exercise level; I do not believe that this is a "magic" pill that does all of the work for you, but I do think that it can support your progress.Product Review: Save your money

This does reduce my appetite but it also makes my stomach burn. Do not take it after 4pm or you will be up all night. I am not someone usually affected by caffeine but this kept me up. Get off your butt and move and eat healthier and you will see better results.Product Review: Slim Quick Extreme

I've taken slim quick before and really liked it because its not too harsh like other diet pills. So I decided to try the extreme. It helps with energy, I can feel my body heat up some and my blood flowing. It did not make me feel sick, as long as you eat well and drink PLENTY of water you should not get the painful sick feeling in your stomach. I started to get shaky but as soon as I drank water it would lessen. My favorite, and the best part is it helps with my appitite. I don't get the munchies soo much and I don't feel like I need to eat such large portions. And with school, work and life in general I do a lot of comfort eating so for me this is a huge plus, with the energy I get I want to do more and with wanting to eat less sugar and grease I feel better cause I have less junk in my system. But I'm also taking an Aci berry clense with this to keep my system cleaning out so that helps a lot. Its just the cheaper one you can get from walmart, wouldn't bother buying some fancy one cause they all do the same thing, make you poop. Plus I got my item on time and in good condition so I'm very pleased with this seller and would buy from them again. Just make sure to follow the dirrections on the box. If you take one and don't feel it right away just wait, it will kick in. And if it doesn't then try takeing two six/seven hours later. I bought the SlimQuick Extreme after going through a bottle of the regular SlimQuick. I don't see the difference. I feel as if I have just as much energy as I did on the regular SlimQuick and don't seem to be losing weight any faster. I haven't changed my diet or exercise between the two and nothing has seemingly changed. In conclusion, while it is very effective, it is just as effective as the cheaper version of the regular SlimQuick----> SlimQuick-NxCare Female Fat Burner, 120 Capsules (New Improved Formula)Product Review: So far so good

I've only been using this product for a week now but I do realize that I'm not as hungry as I was before I started taking it. I drink each pill with a full glass of water and I haven't experienced any shaking/ dizziness or any other side effects from it. I'll continue on taking these for the remainder of the package.
