I'm a 20 year old female looking to lose about 70 pounds. I love this product - when I first started taking it, I'll admit that one pill made me jittery. I went home, went for a bike ride and felt awesome; I couldn't sit still! I continued to take them, and discovered that they made me better at my job which requires me to stand for 8 hour shifts at a time (I had more energy to run around and efficiently spend my time).
I've never taken three at a time though, as one pill is the equivalent of 3 cups of coffee. I would recommend this for a boost of energy, but not a diet pill although it did deter my appetite at times by keeping me busy.
All in all, I love it.

I started taking SlimQuick Extreme three days ago. I did the SlimQuick detox before I started this in order to get as many toxins out of my body as humanly possible. Yes, I exercise minimally; however, I have a very healthy diet (completely organic with minimal animal products) that is limited to around 1,000 calories per day. I drink around 4 liters of water a day. I have lost ~4 pounds in the last three days.
This product helps keep me going through the day without getting overly jittery or shaky. I will occasionally notice my hand shaking a little bit but that is not uncommon from pent up energy/nerves as I sit at a desk all day long. This product has also helped me to control my appetite. I no longer find myself heading to the kitchen for a bowl of SoyDelicious or Sorbet when I watch the news at night. For me, that in itself is a huge bonus as it creates less dishes and it saves me money :)
I cannot guarantee that these results will continue; however, I am adding some natural supplements (Cinnamon) to my vitamin routine to help boost my metabolism naturally and get rid of the excess I gained from a pharmaceutical side effect.
EDIT: I have continued religiously taking the SlimQuick. I consume no high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, or animal byproducts now. However, it has been two weeks on the slim quick. I am now down 17 pounds in the last three and a half weeks! WOOT WOOT!
Product Review: GOT VIOENTLY ILL!!!!

SLIMQUICK made me violently ill. I have thyroid disease and am on Zoloft (anti depression/anxiety pill). Even though I saw the warning label on the box about asking your doctor if you have these I figured it can't be that bad. Wow was I wrong I was violently throwing up and shaking for 8 hours and dehydrated=(. Four hours after that I was getting numb pains in my back and arms and chest pain, heart burn that would not go away. Finally now at 4am I feel starving and dazed but am Okay. Please DO NOT take this unless asking your doctor. This stuff seems pretty dangerous.Product Review: Go for the burn

Seems the secret in this stuff is that it raises your body temperature so you'll burn more calories. I go on the elliptical often and when I added this stuff to my routine, my face was red as a beet when I finished the elliptical. Kinda scared me. Seems there is no comfortable shortcut....just eat right and exercise every day. I'm not taking this stuff now but if you ask me if it helps, I think so. I just didn't like how it made me feel during my routine. I've also have heard horror stories of people losing weight faster than natural on these types of diet pills and really don't want to distort my body.Product Review: Good appetite suppressant and energy booster
