This is one of the great products put on the market by Nutrition 53. I have been using the Nuero1, Lean1 and Multi1 and they are all a great source of vitamins. I have noticed an increase in memory from this product, and I didn't think I had a problem in this area, even just on day to day stuff I remember better. All Nutrition 53 products taste better than any other powder on the market that I have tried. I usually have a shake an hour prior to playing golf and it really makes a huge difference in my mental approach. I feel more focused and relaxed. It is also a great replacement for coffee. I found the true breakfast of champions! Every morning, I make a smoothie and I make sure to include a scoop of Neuro1. Immediately, I get a boost of energy that sustains me all day. It truly gives me more pep in my step and more enthusiasm to finish projects.
I use the chocolate flavor, which is great. It adds a really nice whipped texture to my smoothies and is quite filling.
