i ahve taken this mineral for years in a chelated tablet form.
this form is liquid; and really not sure its as effective.
Also poor instructions as to how to take it - do I hold it in mouth for absorption or does that matter?
Also cannot take it with me. No label on the glass bottle. had to make one with my labeler.
Description of Nutricology Liquid Molybdenum, Liquid, 1 Ounce
Liquid Molybdenum is a diluted solution of ammonium molybdate. Molybdenum is involved in several enzyme functions including uric acid formation, the detoxification of sulfites, alcohol and some chemicals, as well as the metabolism of sulfur. Sulfite sensitivity may indicate a potential need for molybdenum supplementation. We believe that this is probably the best absorbed form of molybdenum available.Multi-Enzymes
