Well, after reading the reviews I decided to give Lipo 6 a chance and at the same day I got it at [...]. I took it for 3 days and I noticed that I went down 1.5lb, but at the third day, I started to get dizzy and I almost fainted. Seriously, It was one of the scariest moments in my life, cause I was by myself at home and while I was sitting in the couch watching TV, my vision started to get darker and darker, so I got up to drink something and get some fresh air but I could barely see where I was going cause I turned blind for like 20 secs. I reaaly thought I was going to pass out and have a heart attack cause my heart was beating way too fast. I am pretty healthy, 5/6'' and I am 140lb and I just wanted to lose about 5 to 8lb. The pills contains too much caffeine and makes you feel like running the whole neighborhood but at the same time it made me very nausea, thirsty and I had to pee every 15 minutes. By the way, I am a regular coffee drinker (didnt drink any coffee while taking the pill), so I thought that the caffeine wouldnt bother me at all, but it did. When taken as directed, it definitely boosts energy - and makes you kind of jittery at the beginning. Does not work miracles by itself, its just an aid to an exercise and healthy eating routine. Does seem to curb appetite a little, but its not going to interfere with regular meals. DO NOT take it on an empty stomach and expect to get work done, especially at first. You'll be bouncing off the walls. The effects do mediate with time though, after a month or so it has little effect. Take 2 weeks off, and the full effect is back again.Product Review: Excellent for Weightloss.

My brother is a professional bodybuilder, and before his shows when he needs to lose his weight at a gradual pace, he uses this item. So I began using it when he offered for me to try it. I usually DO NOT take supplements to lose weight or gain muscle of any sort, I am NOT the type of person to pop pills everyday, so you can understand how aggravating it must have been that I had to resort to this. I did extensive research on Lipo6 before I began taking it. I was fearful of the caffeine content, as I don't consume any usually. And it did have a terrible effect on me, I was a bit jumpy, jittery etc,. HOWEVER- everyone is RIGHT when they say those side-effects DEFINITELY subside after the first week!! you will not feel a thing , trust me I am extremely sensitive to caffeine too. Going through the stress of graduate school I gained 20lbs. I've been taking Lipo6 now for about a couple weeks. The first week I lost 4lbs (great!), and its been wonderful from there. I DO workout and I eat a very nutritious diet. I believe that if you do eat horribly and do not perform some type of exercise, you will GAIN NOTHING from Lipo6. It has been a great addition to my workout and healthy eating plan- to say the least. I am getting ready for a wedding in August, and I am positive that I will reach my goal if I maintain my routine with Lipo6! I truly do hope you will take my review into consideration when you are buying this product- because if you were a skeptic like me, reading this honest review will be a great help, i know. If I could afford to, I would love to create a website for Lipo6, because this stuff really saved my life-- working out and eating right and not getting the results you desire can be a hard hit to take, but Lipo6 has saved me! :) .. My husband has been weight lifting for years, and had seemed to plateau over the past year or so in terms of fat loss that was annoying him. He talked me into ordering these, and we both have been using this product for the last month. We both seem to be losing and weight, and our appetites are lessening.
