I find these capsules to be a total waste of $$$. I have taken them as directed for two months -- three capsules the first month, then down to two.
No difference in my knee pain at all -- and the company doesn't stand behind its product.
The only thing that HAS helped is Feldene. And when that doesn't work anymore, I'll probably have to have a knee replacement.
