Product Review: Good alternative to sugar, you can bake with it!

Ok, so it's not sugar, but it's pretty darn close, and all the newest research shows it is much better for you than sugar or artificial sweeteners. I used it to bake bluberry muffins. They came out fluffier than using white sugar, although a bit less sweet. I'll be back for more, and Amazon has a good price.
