I've been taking this product for over two months now for bi-polar and have noticed improved concentration and moods as well as healthier skin, nails and hair. The fact that this is soy free means I will always buy Now brand Sunflower Lecithin. I treat my bi-polar with natural, over the counter medications and this is one in my regiment.
