I have this lid. If it is a stainless steel lid, the stainless is of very poor quality. My rusted. I am very disappointed.Product Review: Threads don't work well.

I used it; it worked for my purpose. However, I could not get it to screw
ON to a wide-mouth mason jar; finally found that plain brute force worked to
seat it securely on the wide-mouth.
To remove it all I had to do was UN-screw it! Go figure!
Disassembled easily for through washing & drying. Reassembled easily, as well.

This lid does not fit any bottle I've found, it's threads look like they're for bottles from some other country or something. I'm sorry I bought them but postage to return them made it cheaper to throw them away!
