NOW® Peppermint Oil is an extremely potent form of the ancient herb peppermint. We enteric coat our softgels to allow the three herbal oils to pass through the stomach and release within the intestines. This same potency has been used in research studies. Peppermint - this nutrient rich member of the mint family contains menthol - a potent compound that has been used for centuries to help encourage optimal health and wellness. Most notably, it has the ability to promote healthy digestion and may also be able to normalize enzymatic activity.
