Safe, some research that supports it, and there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that should not be dismissed.
These are handy orange flavored tablets 1.5 grams each. Usual recommended dose is 10-15 grams/day in 2-3 doses. But maybe less if less works for you.
They taste ok - not great and not bad. Do they work? Depends on your body, apparently. I just started taking them for energy. So, it may take a few days to a month to work, from what I have read.
