I have fibromyalgia and I read about d-ribose on one of the fibro group forums.
I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it, 5 grams, 3 x a day.
It has given me so much more energy, helped my pain levels and my fibrofog.
I think I'm on my 4th bottle of it now, I just make sure I'm never without it.
I did go down to 5 grams, 2 x a day now.
