I was treating athletes foot with OTC creams and decide to use this as well (along with Cultrelle). It did nothing to help that condition. Neither did, actually. A waste of money for me. I would recommend rotating various -azole and -ine creams(4 weeks at a time), cut out sugars from your diet and use a blow dryer on the infection after showering. If you're dead set on getting an internal, maybe give Grapefruit Seed Extract a shot or use Caprylic Acid only (Candida Clense has this supplement in it).
