Well unfortunately, this product did nothing for me, it didnt even really make me go to the bathroom or feel full. But ya know, it could be just something wrong with me because i've heard so many positive reviews about this product so if you are trying to decide whether you want to buy this product or not, dont let my review scare you. But with my experience, it was a waste of my money.

NOPALINA contains 100% Canadian Harvested flax seed. Flax seed can be harvested anywhere in the world but Canadian flax seed due to the colder temperature in the soil; contains more Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. NOPALINA is the only fiber in the market that contains wheat bran, oat bran, and psyllium; ingredients that clean the effects of intestinal mucus. Nopalina alleviates gastric ulcers and nervous disturbances. Oat bran and wheat bran are high on fiber and helps regulate appetite and helps lose weight.
