I did like this product and would have bought more...BUT...I sent for the offer of "if you buy four you will receive a fifth bottle free". Well, I NEVER received the fifth bottle. Talking with the company was a nigtmare maze. They claimed there was not such an offer on one call, then on another call they claimed it was being sent by a "person." When I asked how to contact the "person" I was told it was the "pool". What a joke, lollollol. Now, I get spammed and junk mailed by them constantly even though I've asked to be taken off their junk mail list and their email spamming. I think the product is worthy, but the company is dishonest. Oh, one more thing. The bottles start to bloat in the fridge within a couple weeks. Two of the bottles were great and then the next two bottles burst (the top blew when I was screwing off the cap) and frothed with stinky stuff that I would not drink. I'm a chef and I know when something is not right and something just was not right. Instructions tell you to refrigerate upon receiving, which is what was done (plus I ordered in December and our weather is pretty darn cold), so this was not the problem as I was home when the package arrived. When I contacted the company by email, there was no response in six tries. By phone, I was put on hold for a half hour or more. Trivita may have a good product (when fresh); but their business practices and those in their pyramid selling are not reputable. Wish I had better things to say and seldom have negative things to say about service or products, but if you can't live by your promises, what do you have? I've since found other sources that are less convenient but more reliable and less costly. Decent product: dishonest company. If they would have corrected their product and business practices I would have been a loyal customer and would have written a wonderful review! I just don't want other peeps to get taken like I was taken.
