Don't bother with any kind of incense you find at any local store, cause you can be sure they won't be carrying this stuff. Nippon Kodo is probably the best kind of incense you can purchase for multiple reasons.
Burns cleaner. Yep, it's pure incense and not some batter-dipped stick, so all you get is a great smell in your room. The incense I used to burn was batter-dipped and it always smelled more of burning wood than of the incense itself.
Lasts long. The sticks aren't that long at all, but they still last a good 20-30 minutes. Not only that, but it's powerful smell so you won't have to use 2 at a time or anything.
Price. Even after the cost of shipping, it's still really cheap for a 50 stick box. There's really no reason for you to not try out this incense if you are just getting into burning incense, or have already been doing it a while. I'd say this is the best incense on the market right now, and after giving it a shot, I bet you'll say the same.
