I keep trying different aids to help me stop smoking. These mini-lozengers are the best thing yet. First, you have to want to, really, really want to stop smoking. When I get the feeling that I want a cigarette, I just put the mini-lozenger in my mouth and I'm good. They last far longer than the instruction say. I can put one in my mouth at work, at my desk. I can use one on a long ride when I would have smoked many cigaretts. And getting them here, at Amazon was cheaper than at the drug store. Easy to order and they came right to my house. I would suggest this product for anyone looking for help to stay smoke free.
