The good - taste
The bad - the stench that began to emit from my underbelly

This is by far the worst tasting protein supplement. The Vanilla Praline has a terrible after taste that lingers. I usually don't care about taste at all, protein shakes are more for the health aspects, but this protein powder tastes so bad that downing it is really difficult. I plan to mix this in with a better tasting whey protein powder to try to mask the flavor of this, that seems like your best bet if you really need to use this product.
I don't recommend this at all.

Everyone seems to have their favorite product line for protein. I've been using protein powders off and on for now about 20 years and I can honestly say that they've come a looong way!
In regards to this product, it blends nicely and has a great taste. It is neither too sweet nor does it have an aftertaste. I tend to use it in a blender with fruit and healthy ice cream.
Unlike some others who have rated this item, this product is quite palatable and goes down nicely.
The price is good as well....it would be nice if there was free shipping (hint hint!).
