Product Review: First Protein Drink - Love It!

I grew up a huge hot chocolate fan and occasionally I drink chocolate milk. I've ordered the 5 lb Hershey's chocolate bar twice since we've had kids. I love chocolate! I grew to love this product after a few tries and I don't think I'll drink any other one. Tried Muscle Milk, but it's soy based, and soy doesn't sit well in my body. Whey seems to work well and using 2 percent milk is perfect for our needs. Also, we use the Hershey's Chocolate Milk Maker which is perfect for one glass at a time. We found using a spoon didn't work too well, but the little mixer does a great job. I will say the powder tends to clump, especially when we are trying to get it moved around in the mixer cup. The mixer takes two AA batteries and occasionally needs assistance in getting started. Otherwise great combination! If you like chocolate, I would say this Designer Whey will become your favorite. I've been using this product for years and love it. I always mix it with a fruit drink (normally Ocean Spray Cran-Grape Lite and water...and flax meal). It mixes better than any other protein powder I have tried. If you prefer to mix your protein powder directly with water then you will probably be disappointed with this powder. I use a different product when I want to just mix with water. I like the Designer Whey's subtle flavor when mixed with fruit drink but it's not that good directly with water.Product Review: Good for extra portein

I had used this product from the health food store but they discontinued carrying it. Well what do you do then, of course Amazon.com. It arrived in a very short time and it tastes good. I use it with 2% milk so it creamy and good. I recommend it as a diet supplement.Product Review: Great

I almost don't believe this myself, but I have really experienced having my after dinner appetite suppressed.
If you go to Designer's website you'll find the technical and scientific information on how this Designer Whey Protein Blend works which seems logical.
I eat a smaller size dinner and then drink one and sometimes only one half scoop an hour or two after dinner and an hour or two before going to bed. I don't feel hungry afterwards and even when I get up in the morning.
Just adding even a half scoop with breakfast and lunch really helps satisfy my appetite during the day.
Time will tell about how much lean body mass (muscle) I will add. It is suggested to have some after you complete excising to help build your lean body mass.
Additionally, it tastes good (perhaps not great) too!
