i bought this replacement filter because i had used the old one for a year, and it was time. it came really fast, the intsructions were clear and easy to follow, and i installed it myself with no problems. i highly recommend.Product Review: replacement filter

It was difficult to know if I was getting the right filter when ordering. The one I ordered did not match the one I took out of my filter housing, but, the new one is 10 stage and it did fit. I HATE changing the filter. The company really needs to come up with a better design for ease of changing the filter.
