This product is excellent for holding in ones stomach and for aiding in back support. Although it ran a little smaller in size than expected, it still fit very well. In ordering, I would suggest unless you are very small on top, order the large size. I ordered a medium and I am small, size 4/6 and that was a little tight. thanks for this product.Product Review: Uncomfortable

MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A SHIRT WITH SLEEVES UNDER THIS! If you don't, your shoulders will be red and raw from chafing. Then, of course, the shirt with another shirt on top of it to hide the device, will make you way too hot! It does help posture somewhat, but more as a reminder. I guess there's no perfect posture aid, but this is more of a girdle, so you have to size "up" and then it's too big for your shoulders. ( didn't know that, and due to unnatural waist and abdomen compression, it caused heartburn). I only wore it once, and threw it into the drawer. Your abdomen will be uncomfortable no matter what. There's gotta be a better way!Product Review: Worthless!

I bought this same support brace elsewhere, and I am returning it! It does NOT support whatsoever! I mean a BRA gives better support! It felt like all I did was strap on some material, and that's it! I can't believe that some people feel it gives them support. If so, then good for them! How they can call this a support brace is beyond me!Product Review: good product, great customer service

This brace pulls my shoulders back. It gently compresses my lower back which relieves strain and reminds me to keep my back straight. You can still bend against the brace, so if you want something really stiff, this is not it. Underworks provides great customer service. I ordered the wrong size, so I emailed and phoned Underworks directly (per Amazon's instructions). Underworks answered right away, changed the item size on the spot, and then processed the order, all without me having to cancel and resubmit order through Amazon.
