I really like the padding around the shoulders and the way it helps hold my shoulders back, and it is very comfortable to wear. I wish there was more support around the middle to help with my tendency to slouch, and to keep it from rolling up. I would consider this a very lightweight brance, for those more in need of a reminder than correction.
