I'm afraid this item didn't work for me. I ordered the correct size as per the recommendations and it fit fine, however it did not pull my shoulders back as hoped. It arrived very quickly which was good, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the product. I tried it a few times but it now just sits in my drawer unused. I also purchased the 'Posture Perfect Band Back Support Brace' from Underworks at the same time which I found to be better for me.
