I bought this for my son who is constantly stuffed up or full of mucous. He hocks loogies 50 times a day, sleeps with his mouth open and sucks up snot all day long. He doesn't get enough sleep and has dark circles under his eyes. He drives everyone around him crazy with the mucous. Then I heard about this thing on Dr. Oz, bought it and gave it to him to try. Didn't expect too much, but worth a try for any relief. He called me the next day to tell me "I changed his life"! and it was the best present anyone had ever given to him. He is breathing through his nose, sleeping at night and not hacking up any mucous. He is raving to everyone he knows and telling them to try it if they have this problem. A 180 degree turn around- whole lifestyle cahnge for him!!!!! A+
