I was searching for another product on Amazon and found that they carry Zyflamend. It's about half the cost than in the healthfood store. Anyway, I started taking this 2 1/2 years ago after I saw a "spine" specialist. I was going to basically get my spine stretched (decompression I think they call it). The doctor also sent me for a cortisone shot which by the way I will never do again; very costly and does not last. If you have a degenerated disk like I have had for the last 25 years (I'm 47) this is the best alternative to surgery. I take it twice a day, morning and night and I also bought one of those knock off Teeter inversion tables to stretch my spine at home. I'll tell you what-- if I miss a few days like when on vacation I can feel it in my hips and back. It's so cheap on Amazon, give it a try. Get a bottle and finish it. What have you got to lose? I made the mistake of taking this at bedtime. I have chronic Lyme, EBV,Fibromyalgia and chronic insomnia and have not slept for more than 2 hours at a time but this was the worse, I slept 1 hour. I ordered the PM and will try that. It did help some with the inflammation and neuropathy but next I will take only 1 capsule.Product Review: relief from back pain

I work as a cashier at a grocery store. I work 20 to 30 hours a week. Part of my job is to lift big bags of dog food along with 24 pack of water. It wasnt long before after doing that for a few hours my back started having a sharp pain shoot from one side to another. The pain was so intense I thought i was going to have to quit my job. I went to my local herbal supplement store and found Zyflamend! The lady told me it is basically intended for knees but works just as well for back pain after i described what i was feeling in my back. It took about two weeks to finally start working as she said it probably would and she was right on the mark about that. I love Zyflamend! I have been on it for about 7 months now, and my back now longer hurts after still lifting all those heavy items. My family doctor says its safe to take too. Also i found Zyflamend to be much more affordable thru Amazon as compared to my local herbal store.
