I've taken these lozenges several times in the past just as I was suspecting a illness kicking in. Thus far it has helped with keeping me healthy. I can't say for absolute certainty that without the lozenge things would have been different. After all there's always many factors that affect one's health, and no single one is going to be a cure-all. And even if you do all the right things, it's just a fact of life to get sick every now and then. That being said, these lozenges provide an additional protective measure against potential illnesses, and I have gotten nice results thus far. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a natural, preventative defensive boost.
