Customer Review: Another Great Supplement from New Chapter

This is a really potent supplement from New Chapter. I'm a big fan of their supplements and I'm confident that this gives me everything that I am looking for, nutritionally, in a garlic supplement. I knocked off one star because it's expensive (especially if you buy from whole foods...they charge about $30) and you have to take it with a very large glass of water or you will be tasting garlic for the rest of the day. New Chapter recommends taking it with a large meal and immediately drink an 8 ounce glass of water. I would recommend that you take it with 12 ounces or more. If you are looking for a quality garlic supplement then I would say you can't go wrong with this one.
