Pros: well designed reservoir. Will not spill when up-ended in use.
Cons: ceramic, so breakable. And, it's difficult to get a good seal on the nostril, so much of the solution spills without going through the nasal passages.
Bottom line: it works, but getting a good seal can be difficult.
