I have tree pollen allergies and this does seem to help. Part of it might just be having something I can do about it since drugs haven't worked. At first I thought using salt would be gross but if you don't use salt it feels like you got water up your nose when you go swimming (not pleasant). The plastic construction is great. It might not look like a work of art but then you don't really want to proudly display your nasal irrigation devices either. I would definitely recommend this. And on a side note the rhino girl in their advertisements is really cute - I think it is the rare woman who can look cute with water coming out her nose.
