I really was hopeful that this natural remedy would work. I have battled with generalized anxiety since 2002, when I had a series of intense panic attacks. I am currently going through a significant change in career/location/financial situation. It has definitely aroused my anxiety to the point that I've had to take a daily Xanax to cope. I thought -- could Rescue Remedy be my Xanax replacement during this tough time? The answer is NO. I tried it the last couple days when the anxiety symptoms seemed to be increasing. It nothing. In fact, it got worse. Then came the backup -- trusty Xanax to the "rescue". I'm certainly beginning to doubt alot of this "natural cure" stuff, unfortunately.
