Product Reviews of NeilMed's Sinus Rinse Pre-Mixed Packets, 100-Count Boxes (Pack of 2)

Product Review: Do not use with tap water
Summary: 5 Stars

Use only boiled, bottled or well water - not tap as the chlorine will sting the inside of your nose. If you use as directed, as many have already commented, it is definitely a simple and effective way to prevent future sinus issues!

Product Review: Does what it says it does
Summary: 5 Stars

Really not much to say. The process itself takes some getting used to (squirting water up your nose). But once you get over the initial sensation it's not bad and doesn't take very long. With body temperature water you hardly feel it, and it cleans out (and moistens) the sinuses. Regular use seems to be helping my allergy symptoms somewhat, and I am breathing a bit better.

This is the best price I've ever found for the refill saline packets. You do need their bottle, too, of course. If you haven't already, buy the pack with the bottle.

Product Review: Easy to use, EEN&T doc recommended
Summary: 5 Stars

Use in the shower 2 or 3 times a week or more if really congested, it works GREAT!

Product Review: Excellent product especially for sensitive noses.
Summary: 5 Stars

I have had allergy shots which helped but did not solve my sinus issues. So I need to irrigate. I notice some reviewers commented that after buying a system with packets they switched to plain salt water (whether with the squeeze bottles or the Neti Pots). That is fine for some, but not for me, because regular salt water burns my nostrils and makes things worse. The Pre-Mixed Packets are a blessing. Irrigation is not magic, but if done regularly and properly, it is a very helpful part of a healthy nasal cleaning regime, just like flossing is for dental hygiene. I really wish I didn't also have to brush my teeth, sometimes use special oral rinses, etc, but then I don't like spending money at the dentist. Similarly, I prefer not to get sinus infections, and make special trips to my doctor because of them. Better to use a quality product like Neil-med Sinus Rinse.

Product Review: Fantastic Deal
Summary: 5 Stars

I used to buy this product at WalMart and paid $13 for half as many packages. This is a great deal. This product works extrememly well if you have allergies especially in summer. Can't be without it if I want to breath.
