I'm sorry if this review grosses anyone out.
I love this kit! I am a sucker for science and medicine, so I think this kit is so fun to use, not to mention that it helps me breathe when I am going through another allergy season and the pollen is high. That stuff really makes your sinuses swollen and your nose congested. My mom bought me the huge 2-bottle pack with 250 packets of pre-mixed saline solution. I use one packet per nostril mixed in with warm tap water, although the directions say to use pre-boiled or distilled water (I don't have the patience for that!). The tap water doesn't bother my nose, so I continue to use it.
Since allergy season started again, I've been using the saline rinse religiously (at least twice a day if not more). I love using it because it is so interesting to me how much crap comes out of my nose. I just used it a few minutes ago and WOW! There was 3 tissues worth of mucus (snot) and I was finally able to breathe! It is amazing (and gross) how much mucus the human body can produce. Mine seems to be in hyper-drive since it is trying to get rid of the pollen flying up my nose. I cannot wait to use it again to see how much comes out this next time! Even when I don't have allergies, I like to use it to ward off any sinus issues since I used to get chronic sinus infections. Saline rinse is like good hygiene. Once you use it, you'll never want to stop when you find out how much better it makes you feel!

This product is great. It keeps the mucous out of your head so it doesn't have a chance to go into your lungs and make you sick. My daughter with lung issues uses it twice a day. My son uses it before sports so he can breathe better. I use it during allergy season.
