My husband and I started using this product several years ago. It was part of post-sinus surgery treatment for both of us. Great stuff!!! Just be careful if you are inclined to get ear infections. The water can remain in your sinus cavities for hours, you'll lean over to pick something up and water starts pouring out of your nose. The moisture isn't good for ear infections. I will continue to use this product as long as I live in Atlanta with pollen counts over 5,000 (not 500....5,000).Product Review: Good stuff
