For long as I remember, I have been allergic to something unknown and that make me sneeze to its worst many times in a year.
I have tried every solution, but nothing seemed long lasting.... most of the medicines became ineffective the next season. I gave a whirl to this NetiPot and I can say I am liberated now....I think saline solution is indeed effective, but more effective is the simple explanation of Neti and the cleansing process that described in the brochure that comes with NetiSol.
I still sneeze a couple of times in a day but that is nothing compared to have 50-60 sneezes in an hour...ooouch.. but true...
and I know I have turned the tide.

I never had any allergies 'til this spring time of '09. I was congested all the time from a lot of sneezing. It wasn't fun. I thought I was sick but my boyfriend never got sick with me, when we are always together. My friends told me it was allergies. I really didn't want to take any medication for it. This product is my solution to the congestion. I probably need to take some herbs to help me avoid the allergies as well. But for now, I'm fine. Thanks NasaFlo!Product Review: I can finally breathe!

I've been seeing an allergist for 4 years for chronic sinus problems and allergies. I've been on every medication and have been getting allergy shots for a year. Especially problematic is that the sinus and allergy problems typically trigger migraine headaches. That, and the fact that every time I have a sinus infection, the Dr. wants to give me prednisone. I haven't been able to breathe since I don't know when, until now.
I bought the NetiPot about a week ago and have used it every other day. I can finally breathe. My nasal passages are clear.
As far as the spout that goes in your nose being a little large, I agree. However, you really only need to put the tip up against the inside of your nose for it to work.
When I first used it, it was a little uncomfortable with the saline--like getting chlorine in your nose at the pool. However, I find that if I breathe through my mouth, I don't have an issue.
If you've tried everything but this, I highly recommend you try the neti pot. You'll be glad you did.

I've been reading about Neti pots for awhile now, and I finally decided to try it. It really is soothing, unlike anything I expected! I thought I'd feel like I'd gotten water up my nose at the pool, but actually, I felt much better after using it.
I saw my doctor today and told him about it, and he heartily agreed with its use. He said most of his patients would think he'd lost his mind if he suggested using one, but he's used them himself, and he knows they work. He pointed out there are many clinical studies demonstrating their usefulness for allergy sufferers like me.

I laughed at my Mom when she was decribing this to me. Since I've had sinus issues for as far back as I can remember, (I won't gross you out with all the details) I gave it a try. I was amazed, I could not believe the gook that came out of my nose. I finally knew what a clear nasal passage felt like. I will recomend this item to everyone!
