This is the best $15 you could possibly invest if, like me, you have any sort of chronic allergies or sinus troubles. From the very first use I couldn't believe what a difference it made. And (I apologize in advance for delving into the sordid details) you will be amazed at the nastiness that drains out of your head.
It's easy as pie to use and takes about 2 minutes total once you get used to it. Now I use my Neti pot daily and try to get all my friends and family to buy them. How did I get by without one?

Absolutely AWESOME - why is it I never heard about a product like this until I saw Dr. Oz on the Oprah Show? When I first received the Neti Pot, I had a head cold and was suffering with my sinuses; needless to say, the pot worked an incredible miracle. Using the pot allowed me to STOP taking prescription sinus medications. I definitely recommend the pot for anyone who has breathing and sinus problems. A very good cleaner!!! I brought it with me to a doctor's visit and suggested she recommend the pot to other patients. I was quite surprised and yet pleased at the same time!!!Product Review: Love it!

You will feel absolutely ridiculous the first few times you use this - it just looks so silly. But, it is worth it once you get the hang of it.
It is great to prevent colds, sinus infections, etc. It also makes you feel a lot better if you already have one. Highly recommend.

The shape and greater volume of this pot makes it much more effective than the shallow oblong ones that seem so popular. I also love that it's dishwasher safe and can be thoroughly cleaned quite easily.
