I really like the Neckpro Cervical Traction Device.
I find it easy to use and quick to setup.
I just get a chair to sit in, hang the Neckpro to the top of the door and stretch. It's a little uncomfortable on the jaw, however it is extremely beneficial to my neck and shoulders.
Unfortunately, I only remember to use it when my neck & shoulder pain returns, however after 15 - 30 mins of using this the pain is either pretty much gone or completely gone.
I've not found anything else that helps as much as this and I'm completely satisfied.

I am so glad I ordered this product! I had a MAJOR traffic accident, and should have been dead, but angels protected me! I was in a small car and was T-Boned at my door by a crown victoria. My neck looked like a turkey neck bone. I went to a chiropractor for months but my neck just wouldn't stay in place. I was misourable! I ordered this product and after ONE 15 minute session in the chair by the door, I no longer have problems with my neck going out! I still have it in case I need it again, but, so far, once did the trick! Highest praise for this product! (I have clostrophobia really badly so it was hard to be in, because of it, but, I did it, and it worked! I thank God for that!)Product Review: Neckpro Cervical Traction Device is just what it says. Neckpro Cervical Traction Device is just what it says. It is a simple, inexpensive way to provide cervical traction at home. It's easy to set up and easy to use. My husband's headache is not gone yet, but we were not sure if traction was the answer. Can't complain at all about the product. It's good value for your money. The device works as advertized, but compresses the user's head due to the single point attachment of the traction strap (see illustration). I fabricated an 8 inch spreader to move the attachment points outward and greatly reduce the inward pressure on my head when using the device. Other products, such as the more 'cumbersome' water bag traction unit, have spreaders. It took me 10 minutes to bend a 1/4 inch hardware store rod into a spreader. For the Neck-Pro people to add that part would probably increase the cost of the unit by $5 or so. Well worth the increased cost in my opinion. I would not have been able to keep using the Neck-Pro without that modification.
