I had been using the waterbag traction device and it was a huge pain. Bulky, not easy to store, the head harness would never fit snug etc...
This is the same concept, but with no waterbag and with a much better harness. The torque comes from the rachet system. Not having a water bag makes it easy to get in to, and you can get into whatever position you want before you apply tension. And you can apply a ton of tension. The guy in the picture is somewhat misleading because you would think he's sitting there pulling on it the whole time, but no. You just have to pull on it to get to the tension you want and it will stay locked right there. Great invention. What to you so long!

I always felt that the source of my migraines was my neck. I tried everything natural (CoQ-10, B-2; feverfew, butterbur)and went to chiropractors and neurologists. The CoQ-10 and B-2 together definitely decreased the pain and frequency. However, adding the Neckpro Cervical Traction Device to my daily regimen was like a miracle. Initially, I used it twice daily (10 minute sessions) at about 5 lbs. After a couple of weeks, I decreased the frequency to once daily upon awakening. With that, I went from two migraines a week to a mild one every seven to ten days. What an improvement!Product Review: More like jaw traction

I think the neckpro cervica traction device SHOULD work, but something is not right. Since I have neck problems, I also have TMJ. This device pulls on my jaw more than on my neck. I was very disappointed.Product Review: Neck Traction

I purchased this neck traction device after my neurologist suggested that it would help take pressure off my pinched nerve at C7. It was easy to use and worked well in reducing the pressure to my neck/spine area. I was instructed by my neurologist to use it twice a day for 10 minutes with 8 to 10 pound pressure.Product Review: Neckpro

Not bad for the price. Don't use if you have jaw problems as it does put pressure on your jaw. However it did relieve my neck and arm pain as advertised.
