Husband with daily neck pain, and this product is the only thing which relieves it. He has not felt this good for 5-7 years, but only if he uses it consistently. When I realized I had damaged my C6 nerve, I researched my options. They looked bleak.
Reviewing the steps required going to my doctor (exam -> surgery -> traction -> home traction), led me to the Neckpro.
I was four days into my injury when I started using it.
A word of caution, there is a lot of tension on the spring, so make sure you have anchored it securely.
It was excruciatingly uncomfortable the first time I used it.
I suffered through it. I was committed to following the instructions.
Everyday was a little better than the last one. After two weeks, I noticed a sizable difference in how I felt.
After a month, I stopped using it.
I can't thank Amazon and Neckpro enough for taking what was a pretty scary injury and giving me the chance to make a full recovery on my own.
The only con is you look superdorky with it on. My wife and kids knew how much pain I was in and left me alone while I was using it (although there were a few snarky comments).

I received this product about a month ago and was excited at the prospect of relieving my neck, shoulder and back pain. When I went to use it I realized that the bracket didn't fit over a single door in my house. I know I should have measured the doors first, but I thought they were a standard size.
I had to email the company twice before they responded that I could purchase a bigger bracket for $23.
I tried to give it NO STARS, but the site won't allow that.
I am not pleased.

I have been using the Neckpro for more than a year. I was seeing a chiropractor and getting some relief, but when I finally started to use the Neck Pro every day for 20 minutes, my life long stiff neck slowly stretched out and was cured. It took some time, as it was a lifetime problem. The added benefit was that it helped my entire spine, and I was able to stop my chiro treatments, and saved lots of money. I still use the Neck Pro as needed to keep things in line, and now my husband uses it too. You have to use it though, and find a comfortable position for you. I hung a heavy hook and chain from the ceiling and positioned a straight back chair under it, marking the chair position on the floor. That way, everything stays in line. I also positioned the chair so I could watch TV. A wonderful product.
