After extensive research on other similar products I chose to purchase this particular neck massaging pad with heat. The cost was extremely reasonable as compared with other products and I believed the design of this product would fit my needs. It appears that I made the right decision. After using this product several times within the past couple of weeks I can attest that it does what it purports to do. It is relatively comfortable around your neck with the adjustable velcro strap. The dual heat setting provides 2 levels of comforting noticeable heat. The pulsating massage also has 2 settings and provides a nice gentle massage with limited noise. Don't expect a deep Shiatsu-type massage from this unit, but if you lie against a pillow or back rest while wearing this unit you will experience the massage a little better. The only thing I could possibly improve on this device would be to add a longer power cord. Quite simply, it works, and I'm satisfied.
