Product Review: good concept, bad product

I have been using this for 6 days only so I can not say whether it really works to reduce the neck line. But this is what I can say about the item I received!
1. The pouch provided with it is useless because it is too small for the gadget.
2. The dial inside the Genie is too tight and I can't turn it a bit.
3. After the third day, the spring inside was giving a creaking noise when pressed. It is annoying and I don't know how long it will last.

The only problem is with the item itself. Price was good and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, it really hurts the back of my neck. I don't feel anything in the under chin area so I don't think it's helping me much. I try it without the item and it still hurts my neck. I don't think it's a very good product. Perhaps better directions might be helpful.Product Review: love it

its been over a month and i see a HUGE differance already. its alot of fun to use and you can zone out watching a movie and do this right before you go to sleep. greatly enjoy this prouct.Product Review: neckline slimmer

I guess it works if you have the patients for it. I used it very regular for about a month and could not see a difference. Made my TMJ worse so I quit using it.
