I have had supply issues since day one. At 3 months, my son wasn't gaining weight, and occasionally would LOSE an ounce, and the doctors have been pushing formula since the beginning. I've been taking Fenugreek for 2 months, along with Mother's Milk tea. Just yesterday, i added the Blessed Thistle to my routine. After only a half a day, i'm already pumping more milk. Normally i pump very well around 4am, and then it dwindles by 4 pm down to an ounce or so per pump. Today, at 5:30 pm, i was able to pump 3 ounces! I'm taking 12 Fenugreek/day, and 9 Blessed Thistle/day along with 1 or 2 cups of MM's tea. I don't want to jump the gun since it's only been one day, but so far so good!
