I bought the Immune Support Complex last year while picking up flu medication for my incredibly ill fiance and his roommate. I spent three days in their apartment nursing them back to health, and taking this supplement exactly as directed. I NEVER GOT SICK!! This year, as flu season swept my office (about six weeks ago), I started taking it again, and I'm still not sick! I refuse to get flu shots, but I swear by this supplement!
