I was excited that my light arrived so quickly. Unfortunately the light did not turn on! I have mailed it back to Amazon via Parcel Post from Alaska. It will arrive to them after the 30 day period but I hope I get my full refund as I mailed it before the 30 days. Probably just a defective model but I have opted to try a Verilux Happy Lite instead.Product Review: Didn't work

I tried using this for a few days and didn't feel any different - not to mention that the light itself is SUPER bright and annoying - I got this for my BF and I to share and we each hate the other component - he can't stand how bright the light is and doesn't want it on, he liked the ion treatment but the smell was making me nauseas (it smells like someone just came in from outside and they're super sweaty and gross) - we're going to try and re-sell this on ebay. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.Product Review: Does a great job!

The NatureBright SunTouch works wonderfully! I have SAD which some winters can be very bad! This product is great lots of bright light just as promised. Feel much better after about 4 days use; felt my mood had improved!
I would recommend this for anyone looking to improve the winter "blahs". Small enough to fit on a desk. I use it while I am exercising, turn it on for 30 minutes, pop in a video and boy do I feel better when done.

I'm not sure that this light and ion therapy lamp really does chase the blues away, but when I use it, I do feel better. A couple of days I forgot to use it and I did notice I felt more "down" those days. So, maybe there is something to this light and ion therapy. Anyway, it's a good lamp for the money. It works good, is very easy to use and very portable. I set it next to my lap top computer in the mornings when I am reading and responding to emails so it's very convenient. If you have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or any type of depression or trouble sleeping, I do recommend trying this lamp. It's a great price and fast shipping. Definitely an A+ in my book!Product Review: Does this work?

Was glad to finally find a SAD light box that I could afford. Am using it every day and it appears to be working. Like having some control over SAD.
