Product Review: Best for the Buck

Like a lot of Oregonians, I suffered from SAD for years. (There is a reason that Oregon has the most suicides.) Just using this product for a few days made a marked improvement in my mood and energy level in the mornings.
After 2 weeks the effect kind of hit a plateau, but the good news is that, with continued use, the improvement again increased and today I am happier than I have been in many, many years

The lamp is wonderful. The first one came with one socket that caused the bulb to be at half brilliance but after a lenghty exchange, Maine and California are certainly extremes I'd say, we're satisfied. I was a skeptic when I purchased this. Now I am a believer. The impact is undeniable. It took about a week to feel the effects. Now I use it twice a week to maintain. If I feel I am getting a little blue fifteen minutes works. If you do not have 30 minutes at one time fifteen minutes twice a day works for me. NatureBright SunTouch Plus Light and Ion Therapy Lamp is an excellent product. It's really bright but in a pleasing way, as long as you don't stare directly at the light for more than a couple of seconds. I believe it really changes the ion in the air, making me breathe easier and my mood lighter. You can actually just use it for the ion alone. It's very sturdy and I'm very satisfied with it. I haven't used it long enough to see how much it helps with adjusting circadian rhythm or alleviating depression but I've seen some improvement in my son's sleep pattern so I'm very hopeful.Product Review: Brighter
