Product Review: A significant change!

I'll just be brief in saying that my wife has suffered from SAD for years. We bought this baby to last through the gloomy Michigan winters, and O' what a difference it has been. It's amazing. We went on vacation and she didn't have access to the treatments for a week, and it showed. We got back home and the first thing she started was her light treatments and bam! back to normal. I use this occasionally and do see a difference, but I don't suffer from SAD as significantly as my wife does. Good product, give it a shot.Product Review: A very nie device

This device was purchased to help alleviate SAD and the Ion generator was just a bonus. To that end the product has worked beautifully. It is not a substitute for being outside, but it helps. I read the other reviews and it has met all my expectations. The Ion generator smells like burning electrical parts, not fresh air, but that's not why the device was purchased.Product Review: AMAZING! Even for treatment-resistant depression!

I have had SEVERE depression for years which is year-round, plus I become almost non-functional during the winter months due to the cummulative effect of seasonal affective disorder (SAD). I am a nurse, and always research everything, and have been considering buying one of these for a few years. Boy, do I wish I would have gotten this years ago! With this having two treatments in one, (the light plus the negative ionization therapy), I think that it probably works better than just the light alone. I am still blown away with how powerful it is, and how it literally changes the way my brain thinks! I feel like a truck has hit me every morning when I get up, and sometimes I just cannot muster the energy to pull myself out of bed! Well, on those days (and every day since I got it) I MAKE myself lie down in front of this light for 30 min. At the beginning of the treatment my brain is overwhelmed with everything that I have to do, and my body doesn't want to get up. Well, shockingly, by the time the half hour is over, my brain is thinking about everything I have to do, and coming up with a plan on how to tackle it with its new found energy! Seriously, I just lay there-I don't try to get myself motivated, or talk myself into anything, it just happens!! Of course no treatment works for 100% of the people, but I am on a very high dose of an antidepressant, and have tried numerous other medications with worsening of symptoms, so it is miraculous to me that this works so well! I highly recommend it!

This light therapy box is the best investment by far!The price is amazing , and the outcome of use is even better.Within the first few uses a remarkable change occured, no longer tired during the day and right back to my happy self!The smell of the ion part that everyone complains about is ridiculous its nothing more then a new product smell.No complaints about this product I brag about and recommened it to all my friends and family, living in a area that has about 4 to 5 months of dark ,harsh,gloomy weather it was a amazing solution!I recommened if you suffer from anyform of depression seasonal or not it is a GOD send!Product Review: Absolutely Amazing

Very satisfied with this product. I has been the first one I've ever tried for light therapy and to elevate my mood but it has worked wonders in just a few days. Well worth the money to feel better and live better. Michigan gray skies and winter weather, you have nothing on me!!!
