Product Review: Great product and value-Really works!

After some research and reading many reviews, I decided to try this machine. After only a couple days, I could feel a difference. My mood and energy level has been elevated from just functioning and wanting to sleep all the time,to feeling energenic and good again. I live in Minnesota and its been a cold, dark snowy winter so far. This really helps.
I can't wait to get in front of the light in the morning, it's like having that first cup of coffee.
And this unit is a great bargain. I also like the ion breeze. To me it smells like being outside after a rain storm.
If you are even thinking of trying light therapy, I say go for it with this inexpensive well built unit.

I purchased this for my 83 year old mother to get her through the gray skies of Cleveland, OH winters. She was a snowbird-flying to Florida for winters, but hasn't been able to in recent years. It's a great solution and mood enhancer for someone who hates our less than stellar sunny days in winter months on the northcoast.Product Review: Great value!

I researched a lot of these units and couldn't justify the expense, or how big and ugly they were. This unit is a great value, nice size, good appearance, quiet, has an automatic timer in 15 min increments then turns itself off. I almost didn't buy it because of the ion/ozone feature, but it has a separate on/off button so I just don't use it...though it does come in handy cleaning the air in my kitchen of cooking odors. Anyway, I love it. Winter in Wisconsin seems to last forever, and this winter I have my own little piece of sunshine!Product Review: Happy light!

I have found the lamp to be what it was advertised. the only rason i gave it a 4 out of 5 was because i find it to be quite bright...almost too bright but maybe its because i am sensative to sunlight and wear sunglasses all the time. I think if i was more consistent in using it i would feel better results...but when i do use it over a few days i do notice an improvement in my mood.Product Review: Happy lite
