I am a believer in probiotics. I give 1/2 tsp every day to my son in his bottle. He's very regular with no digestive issues and has never been sick. No way to be sure that the probiotic is the reason for his good health, but I know when I take a probiotic, it really helps me. Dr. Sears recommends probiotics for kids, too.
