I began taking this along with Vitex to regulate my menstrual cycle ( which is nonexistent because I have PCOS) and I got a period after 4 weeks of use!! I am reordering both products. These were as effective at causing menstruation as birth control pills. I like that these are actually natural, and do not prevent pregnancy. I am trying to be more fertile, not less, so these aren't counter intuitive like the Pill is either. Thrilled with the results!
