If you know anything about your body you know that you eliminate all food within 12 hrs. That's why when you have colon surgery they have you on fluids the day before and have you take oral fleet. By the end of the day you're passing clear water and your colon is completely cleansed.
You're not doing your body any favours by using these types of cleanses and you're likely doing more harm than good. Take it from someone who's recently had 2 colon surgeries...don't mess around with your insides. Eat 25g of fibre and drink 1-2L of water a day. That's all you need to be regular and healthy.
it's all about diet. Talk to your Dr and he'll tell you that. Please don't waste your money or put your body thru unnecessary stress from these cleanses.
