I use this product for several years. In the past I had to use it quite frequently. Nowdays my digestive system works much better. I can't conclusively tell if the nature's cleanse has contributed to improvement, but it is a possibility.
My favorite features: 1) works naturally, w/o cramps; 2) reliable effect and no decrease in efficiency over the years; 3) must be addressing my exact deficiency, as none of laxatives ever work well for me.
